They are finally HERE!!!!

Small secret about me… I’m obsessed with peacocks.

For almost 3 years, peacocks would randomly appear on our property like little reminders to pause and admire beauty. But this year, they went silent. I missed them so much.

My kids are always on peacock watch. The second they spot one, they come running and screaming:

“Mom!! Peacocks!!”

And honestly… I drop everything I’m doing to go see them. Emails can wait. Work can wait. Life can pause for a moment.

Today was one of those days.

Three of them came walking through after such a long pause — calm, beautiful, confident, and completely unbothered. What a glorious day it was.

It also reminded me of something I see often in life and in the residential construction world…

Not everything valuable arrives on our timeline.

Sometimes there are quiet seasons.

Projects slow down.

Momentum feels missing.

People wonder if the vision is still alive.

And then suddenly… things bloom again.

Some things are simply worth waiting for.
