A Story Written by God’s Hand
I am originally from Kyrgyzstan, but my true identity isn't found in where I was born—it is found in Him. On Thanksgiving Day in 2000, God brought my family to the USA. While people call this the “land where money grows on trees,” I learned early on that it is actually a land where God’s opportunity grows. My parents worked for $5.15 an hour, but they weren't just working for a paycheck; they were living out a testimony of God’s provision.
The Training Ground of Divine Redirection
I earned my degree in Accounting and Business and worked for companies like Delta Airlines and Dairy Queen. But I quickly learned that man’s plans are secondary to God’s. When a door closed at Delta right before my first child was born, it wasn't a mistake—it was His protection. He was redirecting me away from a single boss and toward a mission where I could serve many.
The Seed and the Solid Rock
On 9.11.11, I married my husband. He was the one who planted the seed in my heart to start my own practice. I was hesitant, but I prayed—and as only He can do, God opened doors one after another.
Why I Created the Academy: A Calling of Stewardship
Six months ago, God placed a thought in my heart that wouldn't leave: Build a Library. I created the Kuznetsov Bookkeeping Academy not because I am a teacher, but because I am a steward.
To Bring Order to Chaos: I saw business owners drowning in "financial tornados." God is not a God of confusion, but of peace. I want to bring that peace to your books.
To Teach Honest Scales: Everything we do here is built on The Solid Rock of Biblical principles. Proverbs 11:1 tells us that accurate weights are His delight.
To Honor Every Growth Stage: Just as God gives me the specific wisdom to raise my four children (ages 13, 11, 9, and 5), He provides the strategy for every stage of your business—from the "Expectant" dream to the "Established" legacy.
I have lived these lessons because God walked me through them. Whether it was failing a test in 10th grade or navigating a "tight budget" season, He was the one teaching me heart-balance. I am here to be the friend who tells you the truth and helps you build a business that reflects His glory.
